Warranty-Service Agreement

 

- For electric toothbrushes and water flossers, we offer a 1-YEAR WARRANTY from the date of purchase on Fairywill Official Website. 

 

- During the warranty period, if there are any defects arisen from materials or the product process, we will replace the parts or the whole product according to the specific circumstances.

 

- When you apply for a warranty based repair, you must submit the product and order number which will prove the date of purchase to Fairywill.

 

- Damages caused by improper use, such as, the improper use of a power supply, the product was misused, problems that occur due to the products use for purposes out side the scope intended, integrating components not supplied by Fairywill in to the product or artificial damage are not covered by this warranty.
